Reading the site means these terms apply. They are short on purpose. The one that matters most for a publication covering drugs, trials, and financings is immediately below.

This is journalism, not advice
We write about clinical results, regulatory decisions, and company financings. None of it is medical advice, investment advice, or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Do not make a treatment decision on the basis of an article here. Talk to a clinician. Do not make a trade on one either; we hold no view on what any security is worth, and coverage of a company is not an opinion on its stock. Where we describe a trial result or a filing, the source document governs, not our summary of it.

- Link to any page without asking first.
Please do not
- Republish a piece in full, or behind your own paywall.
- Scrape the site or the feed at a rate that degrades it for other readers.
- Present our reporting as your own, or strip the byline.
- Use the name or logo in a way that implies we endorse you.
The articles, headlines, and images on this site are ours or licensed to us. If you want to do something not covered above, such as syndication, translation or commercial reuse, ask. The answer is often yes.
What we do not promise
That it is complete
Reporting reflects what was known when it was published. Trials read out again, deals collapse, and guidance changes. We correct errors, but we do not guarantee every piece stays current.
That the site is always up
It is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove parts of it without notice.
Anything about other sites
We link out constantly, because linking to the source is the point. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of anything published here. If a court finds otherwise, that liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.

These terms change from time to time; the date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to read the site means the current version applies.
